"EVERYONE! Stop what you're doing and go make a reservation to Dario. This place is absolutely incredible. I felt like I was in either Italy or NYC when I came to this place - the ambiance is top tier, the decor is beautiful - it's a VIBE! Above all, the food was delicious and satisfying. The Oysters Dario was my favorite - the little lime ice on the top was a unique touch. I know this place is getting a reputation for all things pasta, but don't sleep on the other dishes. We loved the fennel salad and the marinated beets, too. You really cannot go wrong with any dish you have at Dario. Hope this review helps someone!"
"We have been waiting for this place to open. We tried a few things to taste. We recommend doing that as a lot of things will look great. Try the butternut squash pasta and the braised beef ravioli. The atmosphere was a little weird had a Miami type feel . I would not liked sitting at the bar but I made my reservation last minute so I can't complain. I will check it out again for sure."
"We had amazing time at Dario last weekend. The pasta was perfection, all handmade with incredible passion and love, bravo to the chef, Joe Rolle. The drinks are just as fantastic. You can tell a lot of love, blood, sweat and tears went into every nook of this restaurant from the food to the drinks to the ambiance. We can’t wait to go back and try more dishes and amazing drinks!"
"For a restaurant that isn’t a self proclaimed “Italian restaurant” they sure know how to do pasta right. Pasta isn’t the only food that’s served, but we couldn’t resist the spicy rigatoni and the blue crab spaghetti. 10/10! Our server was very knowledgeable about dishes and pairings of the menu. You can tell both the food and the drink menu were crafted with intention. The pineapple dessert was the best way to end our anniversary dinner. Quality of the food is no question. Restaurant features a bar, dining area and pasta room. All patrons would feel very welcomed here. A lively, fun, yet relaxing vibe."
