"Stopped in to order takeout. It only took about 8-10 minutes to make everything. Went back outside to wait in my vehicle. Once the food was finished, one of their employees was nice enough to bring it out to me. Very kind of him."

"A terrible experience! Ordered online at about 4pm for a 6pm delivery. 6pm rolled around - nothing. At about 6:15 I called them. Ended up talking to some guy at a call center. He put me on hold for 5 minutes then transferred me to the Snelling store. I spoke with the manager, Alexis. By this time it’s about 6:25. She was very short and informed me that it was out of her control. When I asked if we would actually get our food she told me I was giving her “attitude”. I was stern but in no way giving her attitude. She would not confirm we’d get our food until I asked a number of more times. Then suddenly she said our order was ready and would the first delivery. Never an apology for the wait by the way. I got off the phone and waited another 15 min for the food. This was baffling considering their location is only a few minutes away from our home. We opened the box to find semi-warm pizza and no sauce for the bread sticks. The food had obviously been sitting around a while and was not good. We’d been looking forward to this as Pizza Hut is a guilty pleasure. Needless to say the experience was disappointing and very frustrating. Never again will we order from this location. Stick to our wonderful locally owned pizza joints - there are tons. Italian Pie Shoppe, Skinners, Fat Lorenzo’s, Parkway, and many more. Don’t make the same mistake I did."

"FINALLY I'm within the delivery range of Pizza Hut!!! I expressed my joy to the delivery lady (I may have been a little over-exuberant), and she was very friendly. My order was delivered on time, and it was very yummy. Lots of toppings on the pizza, and the cinnamon sticks are heavenly!"
