"If I could give this ZERO stars, I would. Walked inguy working on his cell phone right by front door. I started looking at shoes as he walked by still on his phone, he nodded at me. (Guess talking about life with his friend was more important than doing his job) he goes from front of store to back, when I walked to the back he walked to the front. Aside from this, it appeared the prices were MSRP, not what I expected from an outlet store. I may give them another shot, but I'm not sure. Ended going to mom and pop Schuler Shoes and spent the same money on a pair of shoes but had someone actually help me and talk to me about the product."

"First time buyer of this brand online and got shoes based on sale with research of great reviews but it didn't fit. I went to this store to return and was told they don't except return until next Tues because they just inventory. How is that my problem? What kind of store reject customer legit return within time window and in brand new condition because it inconvenience them due to inventory. First time and last time buyer of this overrated brand. Horrible customer service with no empathy but robotic voice and manner that doesn't give a hoot of your shopping experience. This store still closed soon and would not be missed."
