"Bad management that is reflecting with its employees. Multiple times I have gone for pick up and the ONE person running to-go was running around like a chicken and 2 other servers were standing there talking to each other and not helping the line of people waiting to check out. I was actually told by A MANAGER to wait for the to-go person who was busy packing an order. Last couple of times we have been here we have waited 40+ minutes to get our food during sit down. Take out is starting to be 30+ minutes. Our food is also cold or barely luke warm. Since they started the seat yourself thing the service has taken a toll foe the worse. I see managers standing around instead of helping their servers who are struggling. Management needs to do better."

"RoseCarline made our visit amazing! It's not easy to handle 5 kids and a toddler all talking and impatient. She was able to set the tone and keep it all straight. The kids were even happy, including the picky, impatient 2 year old. We were actually able to enjoy a multi family meal without being stressed out as parents."

"Quiet night, there were maybe 6 or 7 tables with customers. Seated for 20 minutes before a server came around to the table, and by that point our group (of 8 people) was halfway through trying to figure out how to order with the QR code stuck on the table. Half the group got their food in a decent time, but they were done eating by the time the rest of the food arrived. Which was an hour wait for the rest of the order. And even then some of the order was missing and the food was cold. I won't be back. Horrible service. Edited to add, the owner commented to ask me to fill out a review on their website so they could make it right... I did go and fill it out. As of yet, they have ignored that review."

"If I could leave a 0-star review, I would. I went there with family on a Saturday night at 5:30 pm. We were NOT greeted promptly, there were dirty tables everywhere that had not been cleaned, and we were finally seated nearly 15 minutes later, our server said she would be right with us in a little bit. After nearly 20 minutes later, she took our order. She stated, "what you want to drink?" Nothing near the normal questions and tone that a serve should have. After ordering 1 beer, 1 captain and diet, and 2 mountain dews, there was a 57-minute wait (I know this because I was shown the seating time by the manager on duty when I went to the front counter to complain and say that I wanted to cancel the order right as the food was being delivered) just to get a refill and our food from our server. About halfway into our terrible dining experience, I personally refilled the mountain dews at the server station near our table). I should have speculated something was up when other customers near our table were walking around to newly sat tables explaining why they should leave due to the wait and poor service. We watched as other customers who were waiting to be sat, and other customers who were waiting for their drinks or food all left due to the horrendous service. Needless to say, the manager did her best to try to resolve the issue, but there was no way of fixing this cluster of poor service. The manager did comp our bill slightly, but we still had to pay. To make matters worse, our server decided to walk to the front counter to ask me (while I was having a conversation with the manager, which was interrupted by another upset customer due to a messed up mobile order) if I wanted a refill. I was in shock so much that I turned to the manager and said I can't believe that this is what it took just for a server to ask if I wanted more to drink. I will NEVER return to this establishment in MY LIFE!!! It was the worst service that I have ever had in any style, type, or kind of restaurant! It was merely a disgrace. I will highly recommend to everyone that I know to STAY FAR AWAY from this restaurant as it was not an experience that I would ever want anyone to have EVER! I wish the establishment the best in the future as I am sure that it will GO OUT OF BUSINESS by providing this service. I will NEVER BE BACK!"

"Lots of good food. Friendly service. Nice atmosphere. Try the brisket tacos. They are amazing. If you are a sports lover, this is the place to watch and have a cold beverage. They have an outside patio as well."
