"Every time, I have to wait over a half hour to get my meds. Walgreen's consistently wrings their employees dry here forcing way too few people to do way too much work and what hoh end up with is a horrible experience for every customer."

"One of the busiest and most disorganized pharmacies out there. Good luck calling and getting a hold of a live person. Also, the automated assistant is a joke and never seems to work properly even to refill a simple medication. Avoid if you can!"

"In about two decades of going to this Walgreens, I have never experienced even one bad experience with any staff member at this Walgreens. Every worker is doing their job and doing what appears to be their best at a very busy Walgreens. This email is really for the exhausted pharmacy staff, cashiers, the manager (who was working the pharmacy register one day), photo folks, and people who stock the shelves, clean the store, and anyone I have left out...for a 24-hour store that is always busy, you are all doing a super great job! I hope this email lets you know that we see you, we see your hard work, we know your job is demanding, and we appreciate the services you provide. And in response to the other reviewers: Yes, the drive-thru at lunch time is awful, but it's not too bad outside of any rush hours. And yes, sometimes medications are out and that's annoying. I suspect that happens at lots of very busy pharmacies. What I see at the pharmacy is too many staff members jammed into a very small space. Everyone is working at a break-neck pace. Of course it feels like molasses when you're waiting, but they are dealing with insurance and medicine. They have to properly document their work. It's not for the staff's lack of hard work. So, no, this is not some paid-for review. It's from a neighborhood lady who was stuck in the drive-thru during lunch yesterday and waiting a really, really long time. (My fault, lunch time pickups are going to be slow). The poor girl at the window seemed exhausted, but was doing her very best with the ENDLESS cars in the drive-thru! I can only imagine the pressure the pharmacy staff was under inside. So, everyone at Walgreens, keep your chins up! We see your hard work and we appreciate you."

"I am currently waiting for my mental health meds, which is 5 different meds for sleep, mood, OCD anxiety, and depression. I placed the order weeks ago and they had no record of it and the app showed I had 0 meds in my file. I talked to someone and I was told that if I waited my meds would be filled, but I couldn't wait so I was going to come back. When I came back, they had no idea what I was talking about. I had my Dr send brand new prescriptions to the pharmacy and they were never filled so I called and I was told that they now saw the prescriptions and would get working on the order. I have now been out of some meds for over a week and it is directly affecting my mood and I have had physical withdrawal effects. I have had nothing but trouble with this Walgreens and the staff are very rude, but that's another story."

"This is the second review I’ve given because this place continues to fail its customers. I know, I should just go somewhere else, but I’m hoping that something changes. I’ll preface this by saying that I do think that the people working at this location are doing the best they can, so I have to believe that there’s a problem with leadership, higher up at the corporate level. But there still needs to be some kind of accountability from the store itself. In this particular instance, I submitted my three prescriptions on a Friday. Two were ready on Saturday. I stopped by on Sunday and was told that my third wasn’t ready, but it would be in a little bit and that I could wait if I wanted to. I said that I’d stop by later. I wasn’t able to on Monday, so I stopped by on Tuesday night. When I arrived, the customer next to me was saying how she can never tell when her prescriptions are ready anymore. And when it was my turn, the employee said that my last prescription wasn’t ready and that they’re 12 days behind, but that I could wait an hour or come back tomorrow. I said I’d come back tomorrow, even though I should’ve known better. I asked the staff member if they really thought that it would be ready when I came back tomorrow. I didn’t say it in a snarky manner because I knew that it wasn’t their fault, but I have to ask, how does telling customers that they’re 12 days behind filling prescriptions an acceptable response to give to customers? I assume they were pretty frustrated as well, having to explain to customers why things are so delayed. I had another employee tell me that they’re so behind because employees keep calling in sick. I empathize with them because they’re showing up and working hard, but it’s a hard pill to swallow for customers to hear that. This prescription is really important to my health, but I can still manage if I miss a dose. But what about other customers who need their life saving medications? Also, some insurance policies will not let you order a prescription until around the time it’s due for a refill, so you can’t pre-plan and order your prescriptions early to account for delays by the pharmacy. I know that it’s a tough time to fill positions in many industries; however, the way that this location operates, I really feel that something has to change because it seems like Walgreens doesn’t care about their customers."
