"Went to multiple locations to recycle my pill bottles as sharpie does not cover my information and was told by my doctor the pharmacy would be willing to recycle them for me properly. Was told to come to this location. They told me they would take my pill bottles, and in the same sentence told me to just do it at home. I expressed I was uncomfortable with that and the employee suggested I use sharpie. I just left because the way they talked to me was incredibly embarrassing."

"Most of the products in the store are locked up, making it nearly impossible to shop here without a store employee to chaperone you, and the store is too understaffed to provide help. CVS on Lake Street, just a few blocks away, doesn’t do that. Switching my business to them."

"Flat out DON'T USE Walgreens pharmacy, I've had insurance, had a refill, everything from my doctor but left without prescriptions many many times. I've used smaller pharmacies and had way less issues and better service. It's strange, I'm not sure what kind of weird deals they have going on the low. The store is okay, they have been polite eachtime"

"I have been consistently on prescription meds for over 25 years and lived in 10 different cities, because of this I have been to a million different pharmacies in my life. I have never seen a pharmacy as incompetent as this one, I've seen them take OVER 24 HOURS to fill a simple prescription, if you ever ask for a time estimate it consistently takes about three times as long as the maximum that they quote you. I understand that when a pharmacy is busy it can take a while to fill a prescription, but don't say it will be ready within an hour when you know it's going to take 3! The pharmacy team also lacks basic knowledge about the medications that they are dispensing and refuse to give people their medications based on a misunderstanding of the interactions between medications."
