"I recently purchased meat from Restaurant Depot at the Brooklyn Park location, only to discover that it had an unusual color. When I approached the store Manager, Jesse, for an exchange due to my discomfort feeding it to my family, he was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Despite showing him the meat’s condition, he audaciously claimed it was bruised. I have never seen bruised meat with such coloring. This has undoubtedly been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered.."
"My wife bought lamb meat which they call halal. My advice is stay way from their meat products, they attached fats together and cut it in to cubes. Very unhealthy and corrupt way to make money. I will post this on social media with more pictures so that people can be careful with their meat products they called halal."
"No membership is required to shop here. Most of the staff are rude except for a few who like to help. Cleanliness is an issue here. Dont buy everything from here. Sometimes, you find better deals at other places like Sam's and Costco."
"This place is awesome! My son took me here today! So many things to look at. There is such a variety of foods to shop for. The quantities are enormous, but they are for restaurants. They have unique foods I've never seen. Also restaurant items like, food containers, cups, silverware and napkins dispensers, napkins, paper towels. So much stuff. Definitely would recommend you so in and check it out. Also the employees we saw were very friendly and the cashier was friendly as well. I will definitely be going back."
"This place is absolutely amazing, no membership is required as per city ordinances. I went in for a freezer filling day. 68 lbs of 93% lean ground beef, 40 lbs of chicken thighs, 16 lbs of strip loin, about 40 lbs of pork loin, and a 20 lb bag of rice for only $480 is the biggest win I've had in a long time. A 40 minute drive to get there was well worth it in the end. If you want to do something like I did be sure you have the freezer space for it and a vacuum sealer. Butcher paper works too but I prefer vacuum sealing. I've seen lots of comments on rude employees here but from my Saturday experience I seen quite the opposite. Ya they're busy so you might not get their attention but surely not rude. Very friendly when you ask questions. I will be back when it comes time to stock up some more, I cut my own NY Strips from the strip loin and got 14 about 1" thick steaks after trimming for $5.55/lb, that's a $18/lb steak in stores. (if you need to learn how to do this you can find videos on YouTube) They will not give price over the phone which is sad when you live so far away but well worth the drive in. Second time in I scored $0.45/lb chicken drumsticks."
