"Went to this dollar store a few weeks ago we noticed that a lot of the food shelves and freezer were empty and completely picked over. Curious why a dumpster is outside we looked in it and salvaged about $600 worth of perfectly good packaged and canned food. The max we could fit in a car. Some more was left in there we couldn't carry. good to sell for another 6-18 months. Absolutely terrible the waste of perfectly good food. If they don't want to sell the food then donate it. I give to feed my starving children and second harvest and at the same time dollar tree is wasting perfectly good food they don't want to sell for some reason. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of 1 is because of the free food we got, but had to donate half of it so I wouldn't feel like a Hoarder. Store really needs some new management or something."

"The blame is equally spread between customers and management. The shelves were in shambles, a fraction of the items were organized and various products had been opened and left in bins. If I was to assign a letter grade I would choose F-. Only redeeming feature was how pleasant the cashier was."

"I love Dollar Tree. I always find a bargain, plus they regularly stock certain items I seek out. The even have groceries, including cooler and freezer items. Love their frozen vegetarian patties. I love their seasonal/ holiday items. Also great party supplies! Yes, the stores tend to get messy, and service is hit and miss. But definitely a great value for the buck!"
