"Our neglected snowblower needed a tuneup, and I called several places before deciding on Frattallone's. So glad we went with them! Their pickup & delivery fee was reasonable, and they were upfront about the costs to repair the machine. They also gave us tips on how to better maintain it. The snowblower runs smoothly and a bit quieter now, so our neighbors will be happy too."
"I prefer shopping and supporting local, definitely in my own neighborhood, but I am scratching my head and most likely this establishment off my ‘go to’ list…. Dropped off my snowblower on October 1st for a tuneup and told ~ 4 weeks. Called mid November and asked for an update and was told that it wasn’t completed. I asked if I could get an update and call back. No call back. So, I waited and called back after Thanksgiving and asked again, basically same response and awaiting parts. Then I called mid-Dec and was told it should be the week before Christmas (Tuesday shipment to store) and I would get a call. No call back once again, but I decided to stop in today (Friday) and it was there…. No apology after I commented it was almost 3 months, no follow-up throughout the process, but on the bright side (theirs) they were happy to charge full price. SMH."
"Walked in, immediately greeted by Cashier. She pages someone for Paint. Asm was literally standing within hearing range of the cashier to begin with and then walks all Over (after the page) what can I do and was extremely unhelpful. Asked questions and he just acted like he didn’t have the time of day to help me. I have never had a bad experience at a store like this. I will never go back!"
"Service at this store is unbelievable. Every employee is so willing to help. My trips are always just minutes. It’s great for the neighborhood and others passing by. My first thought is to always go to Home Depot and then instead I go here and walk out happy as ever. Andy did a great job today with helping find the right bulb and grounding outlet 3-prong. Keep up the great work!"
