"I have always enjoyed my experience when arriving at this store. The staff is welcoming, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Last night I was in the store for another cell phone item that needed to be addressed. Connor and Jordan were extremely helpful and thorough when dealing with my concerns. In fact they went above and beyond what I would think a normal staff person at any brick and mortar store location would provide when dealing with customers. I give them and this store 5 STARS for working well with customers, handling your concerns in a timely manner, and all while being personable to everyone. Thank you and l actually look forward to the next time I have to come into the store!"
"The entrance can be an inconvenience if you are carrying a child in a car seat (yes, I was tempted to leave my kid in the car but no I didn’t - great to know I’m still not that irresponsible lol) so I pulled through going up the stairs but let me say it was a wonderful experience other than the both of the guys that helped me were beyond friendly and helpful. I was able to turn in my phone and they verified it was all clean and gave me a receipt for the return all in a matter of minutes. Asked a couple of questions and they were very clear to answer them all. Very pleased with my experience here."
"Terrible customer service! They need one designated person checking people in, the fact that the same person helping has to keep leaving the current customer to chat and check people in is annoying and not a good set up. I really hate when people aren’t solution driven and at this establishment no one can solve simple problems. I went in because out of nowhere my camera and flashlight stopped working. The guy didn’t even look at the phone, automatically said it’ll be $100 to replace and that was incorrect. Since there was no damage it was covered under warranty. A few days later I received the replacement in the mail and the replacement would not switch my contacts. I went in to get help with the problem at 3:50pm, the store closed at 5 and the guy didn’t want to help me transfer my contacts because he was concerned it would take over a hour to transfer. Like who is turning away customers a whole hour before they close!? The guy tried to get snobby with me after I refused to pay $30 for them to transfer contacts. I wouldn’t have mind paying the $30 but let’s be real, unless your very mature, historically it takes no real knowledge in technology to transfer apple contacts. It’s a click of a few buttons. No one ever solved my problem, the guy checking people in told me to go to the Apple Store just because he wanted to make sure he got off at 5pm even though I arrived at the store at 3:50pm. Everyone was being unhelpful, rude and lazy. I’m disgusted by my experience, and people doing the bare minimum not being able to solve problems for people who are paying their hard earned money should be disgusted with themselves. I went home with no working phone, both the replacement and the old phone had “SOS” I didn’t have a phone for literally a full day because of negligence."
"Lost my phone, Carl the manager went out of his way to provide a solution and then Micah the Specialist helped me transfer everything to a new iPhone. Losing a phone is a pain in the you know what, so I was very pleased with the service they provided to help me."
"I am a fan of this Verizon store. I have been in here a couple of times recently due to some complex account changes and the staff have been incredibly personable and helpful on all occasions. I will continue coming back here in the future. The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is the wait time. If you need even basic updates to your account just be sure to plan for a minimum of an hour when you stop in. There is likely to be a que of people ahead of you and once it is your turn, any changes take a long time to “process” via their “system”. But as long as you aren’t in a hurry, the rest of the experience is great. Note, they do have the ability to schedule an online appointment but I found that process to be incredibly painful and not worth the effort."
