"I helped my brother out with his laptop which wouldn't power on... These guys said it would be done same day maybe in the afternoon. Next day they still hadn't gotten to it. Once they had a chance to run diagnostics, they said the motherboard had failed and would cost around the same price as a new laptop to replace. When my brother went to pick it up, they said it was disassembled and they couldn't give it back to him yet and that theu would text him when it was ready. Long story short, delays and poor communication... Avoid unless you really need help."

"Fast professional service plus! We needed a charging port for my father's medical device it uses a phone with a special app. The charging port got messed up. They normally charge extra to overnight a part but they openly stated they were already putting in an order and would just add it to it. They could have easily charged me the 25$ for overnight i wouldnt have known the difference. They earned a customer for life."
