"Last time I sold stuff to them I sold a Graco high chair and a tote full of stuff some brand new with tags. They took most of the tote, and the high chair and gave me $39.. not to mention things seem quite overpriced now too. I've always loved going here but the last time was really disappointing. They had me sign off when I dropped the tote and high chair off that I accept whatever their offer was for my things so they could process it right away, so was no disputing the fact they took a whole tote of clothes- nice clothes- and high chair and gave me $39.... Crazy. You can usually find better deals at TJmaxx or Ross for brand new clothes. I've seen things hanging up with literal food on them. So unless they are doing a Clarence sale or whatever it's not usually worth it to shop here anymore."

"Overall this place just has super unprofessional and nasty employees. Enough said. I was really hoping to get some baby clothes here for my new baby (coming Feb 2024). The employees made sure they lost my business. Walmart has so much nicer & cheaper clothes that are brand new."

"Well if your from out of town I would not drop anything off here. As you know they go through your tote picking out stuff they want to keep. They say it could take them 24hrs. We'll if your passing through and planned on coming back to pick up what's left and the cash do not expect to get your clothes back or the tote. The least they could do is hold the tote for a few days. We got $9 and they threw out a $12 tote. Guess it's not worth it to support them."

"There doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason to what they take. I've tried so many different things. Have said my stuff is in good shape but outdated when their was hardly anything on the shelf in the size I was offering. Even gave two slots for going through the items in case it was too much and they were too busy. So do as much as you can with garage sales."
