"I’ve been in this mall a couple of times, but I had never seen this, it was fun, to find my power."
"Website routinely claims in stock avail for store pickup but you will never see those shoes because they don’t actually have them. Staffed by very young children who are playing with each other and not tending to customers, no real interest in doing the job. One nice manager at age 16 trying to control the other youngest working there but long since given up."

"Worst customer service, had my two kids looking to purchase shoes on a weekday, not busy, and the two employees standing around talking to two other groups about I don’t care what, just standing talking, no purchases being processed, no trying on shoes just standing around talking. The same employees did not greet us, after about 15 minutes I wasted waiting for one of them to acknowledge us, they didn’t have the size after they walk around for another 10 minutes while holding the shoe in their hand. I will never go to this store again. Journeys right down the hall was way better! The people there greeted us right away, was very helpful."
