"I walked in Journey store yesterday at Northtown Mall. In it appeared to be the manager she said in the employee’s being very disrespectful to a customer!!! Now from my customer experience is that don’t agree with a customer just let them know I’m sorry you feel that way in have a nice day. They gave them customers very bad attitude what is the world coming too. Then I noticed that if she is the Manager she allowed her so called employees to talk about a fight. In the employee was talking about a fight to a boy on his first day. Like come on now why the manager is with that customer. I will suggest people to go to a better Journeys more professional in better customer service because this is not it.!!! Kids should not be in customer service just to get a pay check if you don’t know how to deal with people or have years of experience!!! Sad Sad Sad this is what type of experience brought from Covid anybody my 4 year old son could of handled that situation better then that!"

"The sales girl here on 1/10 was top notch. This was my third store in the mall and the service at Journeys was superior to all of the other stores. I don’t typically shop at this store but I will in the future based on the service and the quality of the shoe I was sold. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and sold me a great pair of new balance running shoes that fit my son perfectly and he wasn’t even in the store with me. That’s skill and shoe knowledge!"
