"The complete opposite of what you'd find at a large brewery like Surly. Small-scale brewing that uses only organic ingredients, including the new alternative grain option, kernza. Due to the nature of the place, the tap menu consists of about 7-10 beers, though they do make cocktail-like beverages using one of their lighter beer options. Tried the BANG double IPA (first DIPA ever, for reference) and the HIVE honey ale, and both were phenomenal brews. The former was not hoppy or bitter like I expect from other DIPAs but rather juicy and malty with a hint of sweetness. The honey ale was the perfect beer to drink on their patio in the sun, which looked lovely with the prairie garden surrounding the place. Fantastic space, excellent and helpful service, and high-quality beer make this a destination brewery worth visiting if you're in the TC area."

"Great place, tried to visit here several times and finally made it. Love the building and the gardens. Lots of monarch butterflies around. Special place. I had the Hazy IPA and Double IPA. Both were excellent. The shade contraption was really cool."
