"Went in for a tux rental fitting. I booked this a month prior over the phone. They lost or forgot my confirmation and was rude to my groomsmen and myself upon arrival. Thinking they were ambushed by a big group fitting when it should have been in their books. It wasn’t until I reminded them of my appointment and they FOUND it, that they corrected themselves. They got through my group efficiently but the long haired, blonde skinny male employee was rude to some of my groomsmen. I won’t be using this location for any future purchases. Very unprofessional."

"I dropped in on the Men's Warehouse in Eagan because, shocking, I need a new suit, and also a new pair of shoes (so I was visiting the DSW next door, haha, killing two birds with one stone). The MW is extremely convenient to both 35E and 494 in the newish Eagan Commons area. There is an enormous parking lot out in front of the store/strip mall. It is a very large store, with many suits available for purchase or rental. Beth, the manager of the store, was SUPER helpful and friendly, and showed me around the store, spending as much time with me as I wished. We discussed the options for a new suit, and concentrated on a tailored, made-from-scratch specialty suit for me. There's a range of pricing, and fabrics. All starting at around $1,000 for the made-from-scratch. Tailoring is available, with about a one month turn-around. I was impressed that the custom suits are "built" in the USA, somewhere out on the East Coast. Great! The store offers extensive rentals too, and clearly this is where a lot of their business comes from (proms, weddings, etc). Although I have decided to go in another direction/store for my business suit needs, Men's Wearhouse in Eagan was a close second for me. Close, convenient, excellent staff, tailoring options, and price."

"Had great experiences in the past with women employees - but the gentleman working tonight had zero interest in helping. He was incredibly rude, talked down to us, made my son feeling insecure about his body and basically refused to help us."

"Tried to bring a suit that I purchased from MWs to get tailored--- A suit I have never worn. I actually purchased two suits and spent well over 700 dollars on the both. Today the store representative only wanted to know if I had recently had the suit dry cleaned (despite never being worn). Being I had not, he was not interested in even discussing the tailoring, timelines, etc. He did not bother to look my info up, ask my name, or have any interaction with me. Basically his goal was to usher me out and not add more work for their staff. I could have respected that, had I not been treated so rudely. I don't believe I will be going back."
