"I did not know Bonobos but it was highly recommended by my son. I went on line and was impressed. I saw a suit I liked and went into the store to buy. The sales rep seemed uninterested and did not know the product line features. I finally found the blazer but for some reason not the pants. No options were presented except that I was told there are things on the website that the store does not have. I left without buying anything."
