"1 DAY late for my return. And I was told absolutely NO returns and NO store credit. 14 days is the return period. I knew this because it was stated on my receipt. But as we all get busy, it’s easy to get distracted and miss deadlines. I am a local resident and want to support my local businesses. But I believe that this specific choice to not return the merchandise is a bad business decision. I am also a local small business owner and I completely understand the policy. However there should ALWAYS be a little leeway with these policies. I know from personal experience a little consideration is worth quite a bit with customer service and repeat customers. I have given this courtesy to some of my own customers. I would not recommend this business to friends."

"Pretty disappointed in the very strict return policy. 14 days. This was never mentioned to me when I made my purchase. But when I tired to make my return, which ironically was on the 15th day after my purchase, the employee pointed out a little paper sign taped to the credit card reader. Of course it’s also printed on the receipt, but with such a strict policy it would be nice to have someone say this VERBALLY to the customer. I won’t be shopping here again. 14 days seems incredibly ridiculous, especially for swim wear when it’s nice to try a suit on in the privacy of your own home."

"Buyer Beware. Zero flexibility with no return policy on sale items. I was given shoes as a gift and they were much smaller than anticipated. They would not offer an in-store credit so now I’m stuck with $160 pair of door stops. We love to shop local but in today’s world this lack of flexibility is unacceptable."
