I wish Eddie Bauer still made their "Favorite T's" 100% cotton though. They don't last a long as they used to. I would pay a higher price for that quality."
"Quality products, and quality staff. I looked online and found what I wanted. Called the store and they put it on hold for me. Went in and tried on the product. The young lady that helped me, knew the products and was very quick at finding the correct sized Guide Pro Work Pants that I really needed. In most stores now, you can't find an employee and when you do, most don't know enough to help you. Well Eddie Bauer, knows how to hire good people, and how to run a store."
"I always get awesome service at Eddie Bauer. Today, I went in to swap out a pair of pants for a different color. They didn't have my size in the store so I needed to return the first pair and place a new order online to get what I wanted. Sven went above and beyond to match the price I originally paid, since they were no longer on as much of a markdown. Then he figured out a way I could reapply my rewards to the new order. Fantastic! So helpful, customer-focused and friendly to boot. Excellent job, EB!"
