"After hearing about Indochino's great reviews I wanted to use them for my wedding suit. I had an appointment at this location for July 3rd. The day before and the morning of I Eliana called me to confirm the appointment. Despite the worry about my attendance at the appointment Eliana was 15 minute late. At the appointment, I knew I would need a custom suit made as we wanted it to match the green color of the bridesmaid dresses. Eliana explained they were in between the seasons of custom color options and despite having a perfect color option on display I would have to wait for the next "season". I let her know my wedding was in October 7 and she said that was plenty of time and the new colors would be available in August. She said she would reach out when they arrived. I asked for a business card so I could follow up, if needed. She did not have a business card, so she wrote her email on a scrap of paper. On August 7th, after not hearing from Eliana, I sent her an email asking if the new seasons colors were available. She emailed me back on August 9th saying they would be in the next few weeks. At this point I was greatly concerned for the timeline to have a custom suit made. I do not know how long the process typically takes however I knew it was a tight timeline as we were less than two months until my wedding. With great concern I emailed Eliana again, on August 24th, reminding her of my timeline. I RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. EVER. On September 7th(a month prior to my wedding) I had to make the decision to go with a different suit company. I am still shocked and disappointed at the pure lack of communication or care from the staff at Indochino. I would strongly recommend this location and there are certainly higher quality suits for a much better price."

"I used Indochino for my wedding tux and while I ended up with a decent suit the experience was very mediocre and overall I wouldn't recommend it. In summary, my groomsmen used Black tux and I would advise anyone to use them instead. I went in for a "custom" fitting and my first suit delivered to me was comically small. Someone plugged in or made all the wrong measurements. Ok mistakes happen, I go to a refitting and wait for another tux..this comes down to the wire as I wait for my suit about 7 days out from the wedding. Stressful to say the least, it finally shows up and is good enough to wear although the pants sit a little funny. They should have a tailor off the bat doing your measurements not just some employee who learned how to measure someone, followed by any tailoring if needed. My groomsmen had a flawless experience with black tux and their suits looked great."

"I used Indochino for my wedding and can't recommend them highly enough. Ellie, the employee at Indochino in the Ridgedale Center, was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. She answered all of my questions and even responded to emails with questions after our first meeting. I went into Indochino at least 6 times and she was there almost every time to help me with anything and everything. My suit, that Ellie helped me create, was a big hit and multiple guests asked where it was from. I have recommended Indochino to all of my friends/family and I don't think I'll ever buy a custom suit from anywhere else."

"Shop elsewhere. 1) I made an appointment to buy a suit for a wedding I was in 4 months before the wedding. When I arrived for the appointment I was told I didn’t have an appointment. I showed the salesmen the confirmation email, and he acted as if it were somehow my fault, and reluctantly agreed to honor the appointment. 2) After a couple month wait I received the suit in the groom’s color, not the groomsmen’s color. 3) I had to call and email for multiple days to get assistance. Lots of time sitting on hold. 4) They have tons of appointments right away to sell suits, but it is very hard to get an appointment for the necessary suit fitting/tailoring appointment – website showed a 6+ week wait. 5) They reordered the suit in the right color, and I received it a few weeks before the wedding. It fit very differently from the first suit. (I gave up on the first suit after multiple tries to get it to fit ok since it was in the wrong color anyway.) 6) The Indochino tailor came and looked at the replacement suit and agreed it needed a lot of adjustments. He asked when I needed it by. I explained when. He acted annoyed that I would need it so soon (a couple weeks from then), as if this were my fault, not a string of errors on the Indochino side that landed us there. 7) The suit was not ready by the “must have” time I had told them I needed it by. I wasted an evening hanging out at Ridgedale so I could get the suit when they promised it would be ready. Overall it took 7 trips to 2 malls over 4 months and in the end I still didn’t have what I needed by the time I had made clear I needed it by. Waste of $500 and a lot of time and effort. The one sorta bright spot was the rep Ellie was often friendly, though when I messaged to ask for a partial refund given all this trouble she did not respond."
