"On 11/04/23 my fiancé, my sister (whom is my maid of honor), and I went to the Minnetonka Men's Warehouse. Customer service was not in the vocabulary of the (salt and peppered haired) gentleman who "assisted" us. Did he greet us? Sure... Did he have us enter our information in his tablet. Okay... BUT my dismay begins with this. His passive aggressive demeanor and lack of ability to communicate effectively without candor once he saw my Caucasian fiancé had an Asian significant other. Based on the reviews, this faculty is known for treating POC unfairly. I asked a simple question and was reprimanded with a smug answer. My fiancé was fitted ill clothing articles due to lack of interest to cater to our party. We took our business elsewhere to a different Men's Warehouse who treated us more than fair. Heed my warning Men's Warehouse, customer service employees advocates and represents your brand. Do you really want someone like that representing you to the masses? If so- I'll ensure to all, that Men's Warehouse cater to only "specific men"."

"My husband and I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon to find a suit for him for a wedding in 2 months. My husband is very skinny, so I knew we needed something slim fit or skinny fit. Devin helped us right when we walked in. He had us try a few jackets, explained brands and price points so there wouldn’t be any surprises. He worked with us for 20-30 min, through 3-4 jackets and 2 pants, 2 shirts, and a tie… we were able to figure out what we wanted and get it ordered. He explained how alterations work in-house. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and we’re very happy with the service and attention. Definitely recommend working with Devin if he’s around!"

"Well my first Men’s Warehouse experience at a different location was sub-par to say the least. This time I was promptly greeted and provided an adequate service. This occasion is for my wedding and Trent was the one who got us all sorted out. From picking between the suit and tuxedo options down to the specific measurements, etc. They did a wonderful job and made my group feel welcomed. I’d highly recommend this store to just about anyone. Also a friendly reminder for all patrons alike to be patient and respect the folks helping us out. They’re humans too and deserve our support as workers."

"We chose this place to rent our grooms and groomsmen suits. We were fitted and were shown all the options. There rentals include the suit shoes and accessories. The customer service was ok but I feel they should offer to let u try on the colors you want to see if it fits the person. Other than that, everything was explained well. The fittings went smooth, the price is definitely reasonable. Only catch is you must return the suits the day after the wedding. We are happy with our choices and can't wait to pick them up."
