"Brought in some performance polos to get a logo embroidered on them and was very pleased. They even called to double check the embroidery color for a couple shirts as the color might not have been as visible. They offered a quick turnaround and great service. "I bought 5 stockings, brought them in and asked them to personalize them. Apparently the stockings I bought were too fluffy as you couldn’t really see the embroidered names very well. They took them back and cut down some of the fluff. I did not like how they turned out and I expressed this. The owner got back to me very quickly and gave me options to help satisfy what I was looking for. To no fault of their own, they are embroidering new ones for me and even helping “make it right”. Very impressed with her customer service & with the help I received from her employee last night!"
