"The owner, Carla is a very pleasant owner/ waitress. The beer selection is very limited but carefully selected and the food??? F_cking outstanding!! Been to FTS&T twice under the new ownership and am psyched to report the burgers here have been consistently amazing both times I've eaten there. And this from a guy who's lives in Omaha and has tasted amazing Omaha burgers (i.e. Stella's, Bärchen Garden). Her meat is locally sourced as are her vegetables (tomato, onion)."

"This establishment was for sale when we were there in February 2018. My husband ordered fried chicken (on the bone) and it was cold in the middle. He stopped eating it for fear of salmonella poisoning. If you go, maybe order something else. There is only one lady (the owner) serving and cooking so I think service and food could improve A LOT by having at least one other person there to help. We were there on a Saturday night and there were quite a few snowmobilers there to eat. Stopped back for gas on Sunday and got the last 7 gallons they had in the barrel."
