"We picked up a stove last week from Rare Appliance and were assured that all of the burners worked correctly. After we installed the stove, we learned that one of the burner’s ignition switches is broken, rendering it unusable. To top it off, when we removed the stovetop to try diagnose the issue, we found the oven insulation all torn up and covered with mouse droppings. It’s been five days since we contacted our salesperson and we have not received a response. We understand that returns are not accepted in this line of business, but we hoped they would offer an exchange or a small credit to cover the cost of replacement parts. I cannot recommend anyone shop here, as it seems you won’t be able to get any customer service if there is an issue with your appliance."
