"Location doesn't let ppl inside? I went to have a one on one meeting here bc good food and quiet but they was locked up. Was not about to go through drive thru for a meeting. Would've been 1 star but popeyes has great food and idk, maybe this is dangerous area? Robberies and stuff? Idk, makes me personally worried when they close the lobby down."

"I have been eating at Popeye's chicken for nearly 45 years, y'all!!! Ever since I first moved down to Chicago in 1980 and tried their spicy chicken, there was no more KFC for me! Their red beans and rice side dish, or dirty rice, or Jambalaya all became favorites eventually. Some things have come and gone, but the chicken is still the bomb, even if the pieces have continued to shrink quite a bit in size over the years. I also love their frozen lemonade; plain! NO mango for me (ugh, gross!) nor strawberry either! When I want to eat a little "light", their blackened chicken strips fill the bill perfectly! Adding a bit of decadence like their blackened ranch dipping sauce is perfection, btw. My one and only problem with THIS particular location, (and which I've NOT noticed at ANY other locations, FYI) is that WHENEVER I order a couple of spicy chicken thighs, (That's my standing order) there is always (and I do mean ALWAYS) a big chunk of the breading missing from each of my thigh portions. To what purpose? And WHY from just this store location? It's been going on for a dozen or so years at least. Is someone trying to take a simple pleasure from me by ruining the joy? How selfish!"

"I don’t want to leave a bad reviews but I can’t take it no more because it not the first time, not second time, it the 5th time now!! One time they over charge me AND not all my food was there. They seem to always to put all my phone in the bag that they over charged me. I won’t know about it until I star looking at my receipt."

"Whoever was working Sun Oct 22 nights that food was delicious. I ordered a 12pc family, fries, and chicken nuggets. SO GOOD, especially compared to other locations. I’ll be back. I did not go into the restaurant, so I cannot speak on atmosphere. 3 stars for curb appeal."

"I usually don’t write reviews but today was ridiculous, only one person was literally trying to do everything while the other staff just talking, waited 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich because none was made and the Mexican lady was just laughing when the guy asked her to drop the chicken. I feel sorry for that man. You guys need better employees"
