"Very clean, well maintained older motel. The owner and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Location is in a safe area and easily accessed."

"We stayed at the hotel, ate at the restaurant and bought at the liquor store. Talk about a one-stop shop! Friendly check-in, ground floor room. Comfortable and good, quiet sleep! No coffee in the room (though there was a machine in the lobby). There was a problem with the hotel internet (authentication problem) and even though I was given the password (twice) it just wouldn't connect. The restaurant (upstairs) was SUPER BUSY! Because it seemed that everyone in town was here, the service was not fast but they were all trying the best they could, so no fault. Food was good. The sirloin steak with tater tots and salad bar was better than the walleye with baked potato."

"Not a lot of options in a small town. It was nice that it had a bar / restaurant and liquor store. Room was definitely underwhelming. Room was really cold had to crank the heater way up to even keep it semi decent... I couldn't find breakfast in the morning... Don't believe there was any. Staff were friendly."

"Very nice stay. The owners are personable and very customer oriented. We had supper in the restaurant and the food was excellent! Our rooms were very clean, quiet and pleasant. All in all an enjoyable and stress free stay, we will be staying again."

"The staff is as good as it gets; from the owners to the staff. They are friendly and accommodating. The restaurant food was good and I would recommend giving it a try. The rooms were clean and I didn’t look at the details before hand however I love having a mini fridge in my room. The added touch of a USB charger by the bed is nice."
