"Excellent food and good portions! The place is like a refined Mexican bistro that sells slightly upscale food but still within budget, and the menu was just the right size to not allow fear of choice, and that worked very well in my favor as I knew exactly what I wanted upon seeing it! I would highly recommend the birria tacos because one just can't go wrong it, along with the chilaquiles and the shrimp tacos. The shrimp tacos had mango pico de gallo along with honey-chipotle aioli which normally wouldn't be there, but honestly they worked very well with crispy fried shrimp! The chilaquiles was, to me, an elevated version of the chicken tinga tacos because both contained chipotle chicken and cotija cheese, but the fried egg on the chilaquiles just made the dish savory in flavor and runny in texture that elevated the whole experience, while the chicken tinga tacos had avocado-serrano salsa which was commonly seen and would work great for the traditionalists! The smoked salmon tostada was great as well, only that $16 was a bit much for the portion given that it was salmon. I would definitely recommend anyone that wanted some refined Mexican food to give Pajarito a shot! They have shorter hours on Mondays and Tuesdays and typically close earlier than other taco spots, but still a great place for friends to hang out and catch up over some bomb food!"

"January, 2024 ROUND II Yes. I ordered the Tortilla Soup again. Listen. If you are not into conversation, order this soup. I stopped talking, kept taking dainty spoonfuls, all while my eyelids experienced 50 Shades of sweaty, deliciousness. Yes. My eyelids. My eyelids were sweating. Is that even possible? The soup has smokey, tender chicken with peppers & fresh ingredients topped with homemade tortillas. For the love of everything sacred, THIS, quite possibly, is THE BEST soup on the planet. December, 2023 ROUND I This "Date Night" casual dinner was lit on FIRE with our server, Whitney, who blew my mind. She nonchalantly said her fav dish the "Tortilla Soup." I must admit, this sounded tame, but let's go. I threw on a side of black beans and....ARE YOU KIDDING ME? This is, HANDS DOWN, my new favorite restuarant of all time! The food is just INSANELY delicious. Good food, awesome service and what a fabulous setting!"

"Ate here a couple of nights ago to welcome family from out of town and had a great time. We thoroughly enjoyed our spread of food and drinks, specifically the margaritas (classic, spicy habanero, and cranberry), elote brussel sprouts, chips + dips / guac, and taco of the moment (braised short rib). Though our group was engrossed in conversation, the only significant letdown was the service since it took a while to order, get refills on water, and receive our food. BUT, I think we could all agree that the restaurant staff were hustling as best as they could on, what we assumed, short staff and were attentive to our needs as soon as they were able. Overall, a fantastic place to meet up with friends + family and enjoy a mix of fun, tasty dishes / drinks with a Mexican / Latin American twist."
