"Worst place to get food horrible rude customer servic, unfriendly , disrespectful, the food is always soggy and wet .. yuck even the mangers will use inappropriate foul language if you question them . When you walk in they do not say hello even if you say hi , long wait , dirty trashy place They always forget drinks and always forget something . If you ask them about it they will talk trash to you . This place should be shut down . Not to mention when you walk in at night they bang loud inappropriate music while they work. Unless you wanna be treated inhumane with zero respect for just tryna get a bite to eat, threatened verbally . Do not eat here the crazy thing is the job isn’t even hard that’s the sad part ."

"Went there Friday night and the team there would not let me get both my mobile orders which I only placed the second order because we missed one item and they told us we had to pull around to get it with 10 cars in line even though they had it ready to go there. Also made rude comments to myself and my girlfriend. On top of it all they missed 4 of our items. Not sure if it was on purpose but will not return to this goofy store. 0-10"

"I’m surprised at the low reviews others have posted. This is my regular Taco Bell. The drive through service is amazing. So fast. So friendly. This team, seems to me, is incredibly well managed. Somehow, contrary to most fast food experiences, they seem to care."

"Every single time I come here they NEVER honor my orders modifications even if I pay extra for something. Doesn't matter what time of day it is either. I really hate complaining and "maybe I should stop going there" but it's closest to my house and my modifications are not that complicated. No tomatoes. Extra sour cream. Not that hard. I worked fast food for 12 years. I understand mistakes happen but EVERY single time??? And yes both the screen and my receipt have the modifications on them but the food in the bag is always wrong."

"EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER HERE SOMETHING IS EITHER MISSING OR MADE INCORRECTLY. Furthermore, it is impossible to call and talk to anyone that can be professional and solve the problem. One time, I checked my bag before leaving the parking lot and when I pulled back around to let them know I was missing something, they got an attitude with me. I don't have time to be driving back and forth to resolve a simple issue. I can't even count how many items I have paid for that I haven't received. It's definitely more than $20 at this point. If there was another location close by, I'd go there instead."
