"This location is horrible. If I want my order done correctly I have to physically go inside the store and explain to the employees. I do NOT order anything difficult, but when I order from doordash these folks can't seem to decipher between a ROAST BEEF gyro and a LAMB gyro. I do not eat lamb but somehow they always seem to send me a lamb gyro. Gross. I feel bad for doordash because they always take the hit due to this stupid restaurant. They've done this plenty of times. Get it together."

"While I do not crave Arby’s often, this location certainly delivers a fast quality roast beef sandwich and classic curly fries. I occasionally stop at this location with coworkers for a quick bite, and to add some variety into our lunch rotation. Dine in and drive through options are both available here, and both provide prompt accurate service. Pretty sizable parking lot available, and also close to the Fairview Ave light rail station as well as several bus lines when on the go."

"Fast, efficient crew nowadays. Food was all to spec...what you'd expect from any Arby's. Tends to be more empty than full. Parking lot entrances are a bit of a trick to find the first few times. I'd go back."

"I've had some really not great experiences at this Arby's with some of the employees. And while I understand that the food service industry can be very draining, it put a bad taste in my mouth for a while. However, there have been a couple times now that I have gone through the drive through and have been greeted by Lee, one of the shift managers, in such a light-hearted and professional way. Lee has always given me great service every time he is working and definitely changed my view of that location! He is definitely a very bright light at that restaurant!"

"I prefer this Arby's more than any other in the St Paul & Mpls area because they serve food hot & fresh & are willing to fix your order if it's wrong. They could improve on customer service though a little better. The prices are a little high & they don't have as many deals like they used to. They also got rid of the dollar menu which I absolutely hate. You guys should put it back on the menu again. It would save us alot of money."
