"I ordered a country fried steak breakfast. The waitress handed me a plate of it fully cooked and ready to go!! ... without any country gravy to go with it. (There are many possible miscommunications on the staff for that to happen... ) She apologized, and made it right on the check. Mistakes happen. It's up to all of us to be understanding. I'll be back."

"Definitely in need of some rest and reorganization, especially with the staff. The place has random bits blocked off with caution tape and a loose wire hanging from the ceiling. Service was not great. The server who sat us took our drink orders without giving us time to look at the menu, then forgot our orders not once, not twice, but three times. On the second time she also had the gall to blame one of our party because we’d ordered a grapefruit juice, which is apparently too complex and caused her to forget how to dispense a fountain drink or pour a cup of coffee. Thankfully, after getting a new server, she managed to get us our drinks, which were fine I guess. The coffee isn’t something I’d get again, the hot chocolate looks like they’re just putting packet mix in and not stirring well enough, but at least we got them eventually. The new server got us our food in a timely manner, but it seemed to already have had a good time to cool. My guess would be it was done by the time we got our new server, and that she was doing her best to catch up. It wasn’t great. If that was all, this would probably just be a 4 star review that just said “needs improvement” but the claw machines they have for the kids stole our quarters and I really wanted to at least try for one of those stress toys after the absolute shafting I received from that one waitress. Anyway, they should probably have a meeting with the service team so everyone pulls their weight, and maybe do a little maintenance to spruce up the place. Take a day to fix it and the experience would improve dramatically."

"I feel like they ruined my meal on purpose, because the girls in the kitchen were looking at me giggling. Everything was burned and they just dumped a hot sauce .. very rude and unprofessional, but the waitress was OK"

"Waiting to be seated was a pain. we was definitely waiting about 5-7 mins. the waitress didn’t take notes on our order so I got medium rare steak instead of medium well. but when I send it back, the steak came back amazing. So tender that I could use a fork to cut it. i truly did enjoy the steak. Didn’t even need to use my A1 steak sauce. Everything overall was definitely a 4/5. applause to the cook today"
