"Guess truth in advertising does not apply here. Thought the flavor of the day looked good so decided to stop in. I even had to ask if my order was correct as it looks nothing like what I was expecting. It was remade, more of a fine let me get you another, but did not really look like advertised."

"Never written ones of these but the inept staff and slow service compelled me. No one inside and 20 min wait. Staff threw an attitude when asked to check it then told us food was done 12 min ago. Oh really !? So why didn't you give it to us!? Answer: because we couldn't see you. (We were waiting at the counter right in front of her where the order was placed.) What do you even say to a ridiculous response like this!!?? Manager was standing right next to this person and obviously thought her responses were top notch cuz she never intervened to do anything. The very basics are missing...no admission of fault, no apology, no effort to fix it. So zero ability or interest to provide customer service... it's a disturbing attitude...cuz you know they have been trained and how about just BASIC COURTESY?! Only go here if you are prepared to deal with people like this and then eat the cold food they give you."

"My husband and I went on Veterans Day... The line was long and we decided to order from the table.. Besides my own slowness in choosing my food... the service was fast once I "checked out." My husband also got a free cone for being a veteran..."

"Not a good experience at Culvers today. Went through the drive through. Ordered a single Butter Burger and Fries. The Fries were not quite cold, just slightly warm and the burger was obviously not freshly made as your sign says. It was also not quite cold but definitely not hot or even quite warm. I was disappointed because usually the food is good when I order. I can go to any fast food and get warm fries and a cold burger but I choose Culvers to get hot fries and a fresh burger."

"Culver’s is one of my favorite restaurants and this location is good. Our delicious food was ready right on time and made to perfection. All of the socially inept kids that work here don’t even look at you when you come to pick up your food, but luckily, an adult soon entered and she got our food for us."
