"I used the Taco Bell app , and I’m not sure if it is a new feature, but when I pulled up to the drive through the menu board already had my order and name , as I pulled up, it may have a location tracker on my phone which I’m ok with, made for a fast and convenient pickup And my order was great presentation and taste, the Saint Paul Snelling Avenue, is a great location for app ordering"

"Food was meh. The tortilla tasted worse though the filling was alright. Service was excellent, I was facing some Internet issues while placing the order, the staff were understandable about it and waited patiently. Bad ambience, there was no place to sit"

"I have always loved this Taco Bell because of their accuracy and and speed. A few months ago I went there it was sitting at the menu bar at the drive-thru and the guy told me two or three times that he wasn't ready yet. Then I really need to sit there for 3 or 4 minutes, waiting for him to get ready. He gets back on the intercom and says I'm sorry it's 10:01 p.m., we can't ring up any more orders right now. I have been waiting in line over 10 minutes, and at the actual board waiting to order for at least three or four minutes and you're not going to even give me any food after you specifically told me that you were ready, when they were so plenty of time for me to order. They never said sorry, I didn't get any food and if it wasn't for all the angry hungry people in my truck I probably would have waited for that little prick who thought he was cute. Horrible customer service I haven't been back and it's been months.."

"The restaurant, the food, and services are okay. I just dont like the parking entrance and drive-thru. Good luck for those with big truck or vehicles."

"I love the new building although I have never been inside and never went in the old one either. However I wish they had completed the landscaping. Right now it is just dirt. Also the entrance situation off of Snelling is less than ideal. It is hard to get in and out. Using the app is a delight. No more confusing conversations held at 2 am!"
