Applebee's Grill + Bar

"No Host at door. Stood at bar 2-3min. There were several workers. Including management. I finally grabbed a worker ask for menu ..never got one from her.. then asked bar. . Very confusing to say the least then I could not order at bar... Finally a guy arrived to take orders who was takeout. Wasn't greeted entering or leaving. Nor thanked for business. But I still tip. The food was good."

"Upon arrival and entry I was passed by 4 workers with out being told hello or we will be right with you for about 3 minutes. Finally a server asked if I was helped as the Greeter who was clearing a small table with another bus boy at the same time arrived. He sat me in a table as requested. I the. Waited about 5 minutes just for server to greet me and take an order. Once order was place still took awhile to get drink. I order 2 appetizers and she asked if I want them together and I confirmed that with a yes. Then my vhups and queso arrives first about 7 min after ordering. At this time I drink my Pepsi and forgot to ask for refill from the person who dropped of the chips. As I starting eating I realize the Greeters sitting in the guest booth of waiting area on phones and talking. Only time they got up was to sit guest or work on clearing tables together which is not a huge task they were not busy. [I have photo to prove them sitting]. Then my last appetizer came out fine. And I asked that person if I could get a refill she kinda acknowledged as she walked away. My serve cam back with a refil and asked if I wanted to place another order for all you can eat deal, even before I had a bite of it. I told her no thanks and until payment that was the last time i saw my server. i paid and exited to the greeters standing at stand to another co worker. Now I all for friendly talks with co workers but there is alot of other issues needing to be addressed."

"It was a very good lunch, the attention from the moment we arrived was quality and friendly, the place was very clean, the food was fast, we will definitely return, my wife and daughter enjoyed it too."
