Station 280

"Station 280 is simply a great bar. The staff are friendly, honest, attentive, and personable. Whether visiting with a large or small group, or by yourself, there has never a moment where I have been left wondering where the server was. I love the variety of people here, the sort of place where you can get a drink with your boss without feeling too old for the college crowd, or like an outsider due to a mix of blue and white collar professionals as patrons. An extra long bar with plenty of seats, larger serving area that can accommodate a bigger group outing if needed, as well as a few booths/tables provide a great variety of experiences depending on your preference. Parking isn't well marked, but generally you won't be too far from the entry. Bar can be a bit loud inside, but I feel like it reflects more that the customers are enjoying themselves more than anything. I really think Station 280 has something to offer for everyone and would highly recommend for anyone to check it out."

"Been coming here for longer than I’d like to admit. Love the place, but I have to be up front…. Occasionally you will get the guy who fast tracks 4 Creed songs and then a few Bush songs when all you want to hear is something better… really breaks down the clientele of the establishment for ya. Still I’ll be snagging the all day every day two fers…. So yeah I’ll be back."

"Hidden gem. Bar food, but really good! The elote fried balls are so delicious, we ordered a second round. The cuban was yummy as well."

"Good food, drinks and service. Place has gotten busy(popular spot), food is still great and love the 2 for 1 drinks especially the mango carts. A must."

"Cheap drinks good specials but every review claiming poor service spot on. The place is huge and there is usually 1 bartender. We went on a Tuesday and Sunday and took about 10 mins for the bartender to even acknowledge us. We did sit at a table and had Jeremiah as our waiter and he was so friendly and gave us great service. Went again on a sat evening and they had two bartenders and service wasnt as slow as the sunday and i do have to give them credit for keeping up for the most part. Think its a staffing issue rather then the actual staff. We had pizza was ehhh typical bar food. The walleye was very salty and fishy. But think it may be the type of fish just not used to this type. We have also had wings which were the best thing we have eaten there. Jalapeño poppers were over cooked"
