"They don't follow their companies policies and make up their own rules and when confronted about refuse service and kick you out of the store. They will tell their customers they have to go to blame to return products they lie about what the ITC can and cannot do. they say they can't look up receipts but then ask for a phone number when checking out but can't give you a reason why they want a number besides that I will get coupons that get email to me so the only reason why I can see why they're asking for my number Anna and Justin need to be fired or at least taken out of management position if they won't follow company procedure I've had numerous things go out of warranty because they refuse to look up the receipt that states that they will look up in the policy to where I can't get to the next harbor freight in time to where it passes the 90 days I've lost hundreds of dollars because of these two thinking that they make their own rules to where I was in the blaine harbor freight almost daily buying stuff to now that I moved up north I will go spend twice as much on the same tool from fleet farm Menards tractor supply than deal with ither one of them steeling the money from me because they think they are above there company's policy"
