"Expensive now days. Staff quality is below average. Paying via card is shady. As in, it asks for a tip and automatically adds a %. If you just keep hitting ok or next like most people do... you will unknowingly tip the "recommend" amount. This happened to me. Even being asked for a tip in this specific scenario is almost offensive in the first place... let alone the shady card machine."

He was supposed to ring my order up and grab few cookies and he just walked into the back for a long time. When he finally came back and got our cookies I noticed later that my cookie bag had been used as a note pad before being used for our food. As we were eating I watched the line just grow, and there appeared to be a lot of problems with pickup orders. Not a shining day for management in Circle Pines today."

"waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged then was made a sub... par sandwich that i got toasted, tried it and it was cold when i got home (3 minutes away) also another guy i saw in the restaurant said he ordered his sandwiches 30 minutes ago. wasnt busy at all."
