"The food is fine if you go in with realistic expectations. It's fast food style, Americanized Chinese. It's not authentic but honestly, it doesn't taste that bad. I haven't had panda express in years and I got the orange chicken because it's famous. The breading was getting a little soft but the sauce was still quite good. Sweet but not cloying with the tartness coming through. I can see why it's famous. For airport Chinese food, panda express is reliable and not half bad."
"My experience with every other Panda Express franchise is that the workers pass your food down to the counter for you to be rung up. A worker put my food up on the glass and then the old woman who was working the cash register yelled at me for not grabbing my food. First, this is not customary to your standard practice. Second, this is rude and poor customer service. No surprise but my Kung Pao chicken tasted markedly different than what I’m used to getting from Panda Express. I also feel like their portions are small especially since I had a bigger plate and was hungry about an hour later. This location doesn’t have the survey code, otherwise I’d fill out a survey and give them a poor review."
"The orange chicken was hot, hence the high rating of three stars. There is a 4 1/2% hospitality fee, no idea what that covers as I’m in an airport not a place of hospitality. You have to tip on top of that, and then there’s taxes on top of that, I had asked for the bowl however, she had already made the plate and I got charged for that. And I asked for a small drink and got charged for a large. It was nice that they had refills on the drinks and they had just made the orange chicken, so it was fresh. The lady serving, however, was touching the serving utensils on the business end with her bare hands before putting them into the food. No hairnets were worn over the man’s beard as he made the food."
"My son and I were waiting the line before the restaurant is closed. They served three more people after us. The foods are almost empty and the servers were trying to sell the all food to all people in line but it looked like not enough for all of us. Two guys in front of us ordered Teriyaki and Orange chicken, the server gave them a plenty amount and we ordered same teriyaki but half of their portion. She actually tried cut the piece of chicken and she looked at a guy behind us seemed disappointed and asked " do you want teriyaki too?" And she took our chicken piece back to the serving pot. She just gave us small portion to serve a guy after us. They charged full price and no receipt and no fortune cookie which was supposed to be served with our meal. When we came to our waiting area for my flight, two guys in front of us were eating at waiting area but they got 4 fortune cookies and even served with teriyaki sauce. If you don't provide the standard quality of food or/service please let us know and don't charge the full price of food and service that the price I paid includes. It is not free food that the charity group serving the meal. It was layover but it wasn't good experience."
"Pretty straightforward, they are not the super friendliest but the food is hot, the service is fast (which is needed in an airport food court) and the line goes pretty fast. You have to be pretty quick to change your mind when they don’t have what you want, but overall very quick and fresh food."
