"The owners of this location have gotten in way over their head. Their business tactics are unprofessional. I love the product and the former service was outstanding. But hearing how they are treating employees or the lack thereof now is appalling. I’m moving my business dealings to another Nautical Bowl location in the future and will be referring others to do the same."

"I ordered my smoothie bowl in store and told them I’d be right back to pick it up. When I came back, the door was locked and I didn’t see anyone inside. I couldn’t stay because I had to go back to work, but I called when I could. They told me they had some issues with the lock on the door and that it had been fixed. I couldn’t go back because I was working. When I told them this, they offered to bring it to me themselves! I got it delivered to me 5 minutes later with a “thank you” written on the bag. I’m so grateful I didn’t have to skip breakfast today! Thank you!"
