Never enough mashed potatoes and gravy, for 2 things so easy to make in large quantities they are cheap with them. The other thing is this location is cheap with the sauce and charges a lot for extra"

"Ordered two of the same thing, was only given and charged for one then told I couldn’t use the same card for the second order when they screwed it up the first time. Both ladies running the restaurant were ridiculously rude for no reason and refused to acknowledge or accommodate for their technical problems. Never had such a bad experience at a Popeyes in my life. Never again. Would give 0 stars if I could! They didn’t even give us napkins. What a waste."

"I went to popeys at 930pm or so on the 27th. I know it was getting close to closing and I was the only one in line. My husband loves popeys. I really didn't want any, but I went on and agreed. I ordered an eight piece family meal with my large side being fries. I would normally get hot chicken and hot fries. My chicken was cold and when I agreed to have my chicken half spicy and half regular, that's when I messed up. I had bout five boxes ànd instead of legs thighs wings and breats, I got wings and legs. I tried to reconcile with the leader but she didn't understand what I was saying. I will be back for a refund because 30 something dollars is no money to be wasted. I am very disappointed at my service and the care and quality of popeys food and business. I work at the dollar general in moundview and the manager comes in all the time. I will pull him to the side and let him know how I was treated."

"At 6:40 PM on Sunday, October 8 I went to the Mounds View location. The individuals preparing food did not have on gloves, and I asked them to put on gloves. I was then told by Galversio that he is a Mexican and Mexicans don’t help blacks and told me to leave his store. I’ve been contacted the Moundsview police who knew the individual by name and told me that the police have been called them. This individual multiple times for his racism. And nothing has been done."

"Pass on ghost pepper wings. No spice and wings slightly larger than typical chicken nugget. Got wrong dipping sauce as well. My fault for not checking. This location, usually something missing/ incorrect. Fries were good tho."
