"This location is usually super busy during lunch because of its proximity to campus. That being said, my experience has usually been good and I order in the app ahead of time if I remember. There is an older male employee who is usually there and very attentive and kind (I think his name is David?). I usually see him when I go and appreciate his great customer service!"

"Waited over an hour for our food. The girl at the front claimed that we had already received our food while another said that they had skipped over it. When looking for a solution the girl at the front called me "goofy looking""

"Usually pretty good, though occasionally disorganized. I get nuggies every Wednesday. The blonde lady who hates her job (she said it out loud to her friend) went on break without telling anyone and my order number was never actually printed due to pressures of understaffing. I asked about my order twice, and only the third time did anyone realize it was missed (an hour after pickup time). If she hates her job so much, why is she still there? I"

"Is the bun for the spicy chicken sandwich supposed to be soaked in grease? This sandwich is glistening in a puddle of grease. Waffle fries were as good as usual but the chicken sandwich was sub-par for Chick-fil-A. I'm sure it's supposed to have more than one little butt-end of a pickle."
