"Delicious Ethiopian food! A small family run business. Very friendly. The atmosphere is simple and comfortable . The feeling of Bering at home. Our party of 5 had a comfortable table and finished our evening with the special Ethiopian coffee tradition. Prices very reasonable and we had some to take home. We ordered appetizers and 3 separate meals - large - so we could try many things on the menu. It’s all made fresh. So it won’t come out instantly . Appetizers did come out quickly as we waited for the main items. Definitely worth a visit. If we lived a bit closer, we would be there regularly Our guests from Germany and Ghana loved the food."
"This restaurant is a gem. The vegetarian combo was delicious, warm and diverse in its flavors. The latte was the perfect temperature and very balanced. They even had oat milk. Service was attentive, accomodating and kind."
"We had an amazing meal at Selam. Our favorite dishes were the Doro Wat and Kitfo but everything was delicious. We had someone in our group that was trying Ethiopian food for the first time and really enjoyed it. You can feel the love in the food!"
"Exquisite and authentic taste of middle eastern flavors and culture! A plant-based or vegetarian eater is sure to leave satisfied with the variety of scrumptious samples found in the Vegetarian Combo which includes lentil samosas! Not only is the restaurant clean and spacious in layout, the atmosphere plays authentically into the ethnic vibe with the colors and music present. A wonderful family runs this lovely late night spot; please pay them a visit and share the love!"
