"They were very quick and direct with my order. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of juiciness and seasoning in the chicken, and the butteriness in the buns (although it was my first time at a Chick Fil A). They also have cool wood furniture in the eating area. My one critique is that they seem to leave almost an inch of space at the bottom of their milkshake cups, which is likely a secret tactic to save money for the company. Great flavor in their milkshakes though!"

"Saltiest nuggets I never had in my life. Didn't have time to wait for something new since I had only 10 min to my next connecting flight. Completely inedible."

"Had a 2 hour layover, the manager on shift had them make fresh fries for us cause they were pretty slow and the old fries had been out for awhile. It was a small gesture but on a long day of traveling, it really helped."

"Worst CFA I’ve encountered and I’ve been to many different locations all over. The cashier taking our order Jancy had a cough and was not masked, she repeatedly coughed into her hand and continued to use that hand to make our beverages-nasty. We didn’t receive an order of fries and had to go back for them, the back of the restaurant wanted to argue with the front about whether or not our order was correct like his personal paycheck would be affected by one order of fries- once it was decided that we were truthful and owed food they took their sweet time preparing it serving multiple customers before correcting our order. They don’t participate in CFA One app and also add 4.5% fee for unclear reasons. The garbage in front was overflowing- no other places close by had this issue, that should’ve been my hint to go elsewhere I suppose."

"This is one of the worst. The employees were just in another world. To make matters worse i ordered a sandwich in a bowl with no bun. It confused one of them and turned into a big deal between them. Then no knife available ..then wrong sandwich when i sat down..not the normal standard by far. Oh and they add a 4.5 service fee to total. Disclaimer says it does not go to employees. I ate at another spot in airport and there was no fee like this. Just this store."
