"Didn't have our drinks refilled once. Waitress didn't come back for payment. Took forever to find her and the guys at the front couldn't run my card. Food was good and a great place to watch the Vikings lose."

"January 4th, 2024 at 5:30pm. The worse hospitality I've ever experienced at any establishment. African American male host was the worst. We approached the front to request a table for 2 and could clearly see he was eating. Was immediately informed there would be a 10 minute wait, mouth full of food and all. They were not busy at all with less than a quarter of the tables filled but we were willing to wait. As we sat to wait, he was still visibly eating away. I was skeptical and told my wife I was gonna flip out if he sat us after he was finished eating. What do you know, he completed his meal after 5 minutes of waiting and he was ready to seat us. Walked with no care in the world with underwear hanging out of his back side. Passed a number of empty clean tables. He approached the table he planned to seat us and I saw that it was visibly dirty with crumbs of food. He literally picked up the crumb, threw it on the floor, placed the menus on the table, and walked away. The table clearly had not been cleaned with grease stains all over. I called over to the host to let him know the table was dirty. He came back, looked at it, and said, "Oh, sorry. I'll get something to clean it." He slowly walked towards the bar area, looking around as if to ask someone to come clean the table. He got to the bar and stood there. At this point, I had enough and we walked out. Real customer service would have been someone quickly getting something to clean the table or offer to seat us somewhere else. Nope, not here. Clean tables all around but he was content to put us at a dirty table. Balls in your court, Buffalo Wild Wings. Told you the exact time and date, do something about it...."

"Waitress forgot to bring out a large portion of our food. No apology. No nothing. Thank goodness a waiter noticed the food and brought it out and asked if we were missing food. He also checked to see if kids needed refills and if we needed anything else. Thank goodness for him. Our Waitress did not check in with us for quite a while was like hell trying to get the check. Sad part was, it was slow in there."

"First time going here, didn't disappoint... ordered chicken salad a little to much dressing but tasty, ordered chicken tacos , kids had wings with medium sauce and fries plus mack and cheese, had to send back Mac and cheese because it was dry so we had some redone and it was perfect. Everyone ate everything very please. Even went to the local store when we got back home and got some medium Buffalo wild wings sauce."
