Outback Steakhouse

"STUPIDLY crowded, but then it seems every restaurant in or around the Mall of America was a 30 to 60 minute wait at meal times ( lunch/dinner). Our wait was pleasantly rewarded with delicious drinks ( Boom-aritas) and food cooked to perfection with a quick/reasonable wait time. We actually had our meals rather quickly considering how crowded it was. The service was polite and with a smile despite how obviously short handed staff was. If there had been a tad more space to get between tables the establishment would have rated higher. It was difficult to maneuver in and I could not imagine anyone with special needs attempting to get in or our during a rush service such as lunch or dinner."

"Isn't outback known for its big portions? I ordered the filet and what the menu said was a 6 ounce lobster tail. I think it should have read 0.6 ounce. The blooming onion was amazing though"

"I went there for lunch on Dec18 2023, it was not busy at all. In fact it was almost empty. Ordered BLOOMIN’ ONION. We waited for 5 minutes and the dish was old. Ordered bone in ribeye, it was cold again. Server was not willing to engage with customers. we asked server to bring two small dishes so we can share the main dish. we did not get them until we finished our food. this was not what I expected from a well know place."

"Patrick did an amazing job. Arrived at 5pm which is a busy time to arrive but we were seated promptly. The food was to our table VERY quickly. Everyone was welcoming and 2 managers swung by to see how things were going. Awesome service!"

"We had a great dining experience here. Parking was easy and the restaurant is attached to a hotel, so there were plenty of spaces available. The hostess was friendly but quiet. Our waitress was wonderful and also bilingual which was helpful for other tables near us. We ordered a burger, ribs, and salad. All the food was tasty and prepared exactly as requested. We would definitely return!"
