"Grilled chicken sandwich is nowhere near the level I am used to at other Chick-fil-As- meager tendon-y chicken breast with no flavor and a dried out bun. They literally never get my girlfriend’s name right. How hard is ‘T-a-r-a’?? Poor service level, arrogant atmosphere. I’ll go to Popeyes from now on.."

"Management was unprofessional. A man and his grandchildren were waiting for over a half hour for their order. Come to find out their order was up, and just sitting there getting cold. They never let him know his order was ready. I found this very upsetting and spoke with a manager who wouldn't help or compensate them for his order. He was very nice about this and stated he would never come to this location again. I canceled my pick up order and decided not to support this organization as they were unprofessional and rude to their customers."

"There is a waste management problem who has styrofoam cups in 2023??? Styrofoam can often blow away from refuse disposal centers and enter public drain systems or exposed waterways and end up in the ocean. And then the fry box says it’s compostable! Really contradictory. The family ownership obviously doesn’t truly care about the environment."
