"I recently purchased a washer and dryer through Steve’s Appliances and the delivery went good and the appliances so far are great but I am giving them 3 stars because their customer service is very unfriendly. I almost backed out of buying the appliances because the guy who helped me seemed bothered by my questions. And since two different people installed the washer and dryer they were not leveled with each other making it impossible to lay a solid surface across it. I’ve had to call there twice now with questions and the girls who answer the phones are almost downright rude. They advertise as a Christian family business but I have yet to feel that in their customer service. It almost feels like they don’t care if they get your business. I am a positive person and it hurts me not to leave a raving review but I’ve never felt such unfriendly customer service when I’m giving you my business instead of going to a big box store. Update on my review. Steve’s Appliances contacted me and apologized for their lack of great customer service and came out and leveled my washer and dryer and made things right. I appreciate the follow-up. So far everything is great."
