"The last six times I’ve been to this Taco Bell I’ve gotten the wrong food incorrectly made, and very poor customer service. This last time, the person accused me of entering it wrong on the app. When I showed it to him, he threw my correct food at me and said here you go I will never be back."

"Fastest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I had issues with the app, it took about 15 min to figure out. That line backed up about 7 or 8 cars deep about 3 or 4 times. But they cleared it out fast. If it was anywhere else there would be pissed off customers a few city blocks long. They got my confusing order right too."

"Went to drive thru late night at around 3:30 AM 11/26/23. The staff were very rude even when asking questions. They didn’t understand my order and charged even more. When I asked a question, they literally said “oh my god..” and bunch of guys making comments in the back as if we bothered them. They even served me cold food. I didn’t want to waste rest of my night dealing with them so i just trashed the food. I hope management can find this review and take some disciplinary action for staff working that night. Worst service and worst taco bell experience ever. Events like these are what makes you never try other locations of the chain either. Never coming here again! I would not recommend this location to anyone."

"Absolutely thee worst experience I’ve ever had in the history of being a Taco Bell customer. 0 stars for customer service, 0 stars for unprofessional, 0 stars for terrible staff. I was refused service after calling out their lack of knowledge on the vegan menu and was treated less then a human being at this establishment. I would never come back here nor would I recommend anyone else to go here. Just keep driving to the next tacobell on broadway before this one. They locked me out of the drive through and locked the building so I could not get in the building to order vegan fries. They had the cashier open the other doors for customers to pick up orders while refusing me service Horrendous experience and I will never come back after such treatment. Margaret Schaffer and Area coach Alfredo Fionse will be getting contacted from me because how staff responded is in poor taste to Taco Bell’s values and supporters."

"It's taco bell, the hippest fast food. Best dollar menu industry wide. Honestly surprised by sub 4 star rating...I enjoy everything from their 12 pack mixed supreme, cinnamon twisted, Carmel apple empanadas, or even extinct items they still resurrect for me like a steak baha chaulupa"
