"This is a charming place right inside of the Walker Museum. We went to other restaurants by Daniel del Prado and they share something fantastic: original recipes unique to each one of them. It makes us curious about the next sister restaurant personality. We so enjoyed the evening here! Our food was delicious. Special attention goes to the salmon made to perfection (crunchy outside, moist and flavorful inside) paired with yummy chickpeas. To finalize the delight, we had the bread pudding Our server, Emma, was very friendly and did an impeccable job. We also enjoyed the ambiance. We will be back!"

"Took my family that were visiting town to brunch. Overall, it was a good experience. The ambiance was great, not too loud and not too quiet. Our server was sweet and accommodating but fell short when it came to the attentiveness to our orders/requests. In my opinion, it wasn’t too busy for that outcome but I am understanding. Nevertheless, that is why I rated the service 3 stars. As for the food, I was expecting a lot more. It was underwhelming, unfortunately. As someone who grew up in the Mediterranean and Middle East my expectations are very high… so it pains me to write this review but there is potential. There were a few dishes that were a let down if I am being frank (i.e, shakshuka, lamb burger and eggplant schnitzel). The green shakshuka was very salty and watery (not how shakshuka should be). The eggplant schitnzel was overly breaded/dry, lacked flavor and the sauce to bread ratio was not balanced. The lamb burger dry/not juicy enough so you may want to ask the kitchen to prepare it to your taste. Unfortunately, we noticed hair in our burger so luckily they took care of that dish for us. Aside from this, we enjoyed our other dishes (Turkish eggs and french toast). I would go again but only for certain items. Definitely managing my expectations. Still a big fan of the other sister restaurants though!"

"What a cool place! I wanted to treat myself to brunch and I wanted to go to the Walker so Cardamom made it easy! The parking ramp is right next to the Walker. It wasn’t packed and made it easy to park. The well lit museum entrance led the way to both Cardamom and the Walker. $6 total for as much time as I wanted to spend there. Now on to the best part! Cardamom! I did my research and already knew I wanted the French toast. It absolutely lived up to its photogenic hype! It was delicious. I also had the cardamom and rose latte on recommendation from my awesome server, AJ. It was so good and so pretty. Not too sweet which is rare for most coffee places these days. While I am here for work and will likely not be back, if I ever have the occasion to go back to Cardamom, I absolutely will!"
