"Horrible food, food don't even taste normal- fries can't be natural saturated in all this oil, did they drain them? Slowest drive thru ever and rude staff. I feel sick just thinking of the food. I rather make my own burger and fries. My son won't even eat Wendy's, only place he refuses other than seafood. Lastly, doors never open even at 2pm on a Wednesday . Experience was so awful I don't want free items or compliments as I will never be back until strategies and culture are changed."

"I waited in the drive through line for 17 minutes (I know because I got bored and watched a YouTube video in line). Once I got to the window the employee seemed so confused like they found a random guy off the street and told him to start working lol. Once I told him what my order was the workers yelled at each other for a couple minutes until he pulled out a bag and asked if it was mine. Then he was standing at the window just waiting for me to leave, until I reminded him that I had a drink with my order which he made at that moment. Just weird that it took so long and that the employee just didn’t know what was going on. I pulled up to the drive through after and told people not to order there"

"Went in with a friend who was ordering food and asked if I could use the restroom. I was informed that only if I purchased something would I be allowed that privilege. To avoid negativity, I kindly purchased a medium frosty that was only 3/4 full and was given access to the men's room."

"30 minutes in the drive thru. Person taking orders had to jump on the fryer and they didn’t start preparing our order until we finally paid at the window. The three other Hispanic females looked completely lost. When we finally got our order we knew to check before pulling off and everything was cold plus they forgot items. Had a previous negative experience with an African American woman who had a terrible attitude. This time I felt I had to write this review. Stay away from this location if you’re looking for good service and hot food."
