"I love me some Wendy’s but I’m here to verify all the other bad reviews on this particular Wendy’s location. Drive-up guy said, “one minute lease.” When much more than one minute went by I wondered if there was a miscommunication problem so I said “hello” and got the immediate reply, “I’ll get to you when I’m ready.” Oh kaaaay … Then the food … a simple single cheeseburger with mayo, pickle and onion. The burger was dry, the bun was stale and dried out, the mayo was almost non-existent but I did detect the slight tang of mustard (I hate mustard). In other words, every aspect of this fast food dining experience was terrible. There’s other locations for your delicious juicy Wendy’s burger so please avoid this one."

"I periodically try to give this location another chance because I live so close. It's still just a terrible experience, every time. They have a HORRIBLE problem with order accuracy at this location. Terrible. I can't recall a single time my order has been accurate on the first try. They also seem incapable of cutting their bacon for baked potatoes. Every time I get long strips of bacon on my potato like it's a sandwich or something. It's fast food, so I don't expect stellar service to begin with, but the staff here just doesn't even meet the bare minimum expectation for service. There's a significant language barrier for a lot of the staff, I've noticed. I think this is a contributing factor to their order accuracy problems. Either way, until these problems are sorted out, best to avoid this location."

"I love consistency, and they’ve been consistently nice, efficient and have always gotten our order right. We love the energy of the staff. We don’t eat fast food often, but this is a go to for busy days as we can and have checked the allergens, this one tracks for gluten free (posted crackers and sour cream to show what comes with, not to eat)."
